Speech & Pronunciation

Is "at the time" just pronouced as /æ ðə taim/?

Is "at the time" just pronounced as /æ ð? taim/?
Or should it be pronounced as /æt ð? taim/?

Context:

Still other believers see the language of Genesis 1 and 2 as
intended to instruct readers of Moses' time about God's charac-
ter, and not to attempt to teach scientific facts about the specifics
of creation that would have been utterly confusing at the time.

Yes or with a 'dh/ at least.

Like this, yes. But be aware that the final t in "at" is unreleased, so all you hear is a kind of extremely brief silence, not a fully aspirated t. This is not the same as not pronouncing the t at all, as shown in your other version.
