Is "at" the Multi Function Room correct? Or "in"

Please note that the Project Review Meeting No. 19 has been scheduled on Thu 25 February at the Multi Function Room at 10:00. If you are available, please come.

Yours sincerely,

You normally hear "in" for a room, but you sometimes see a free-standing small building in a complex labelled a room of some description, so I can't say that "at" is impossible.
