Is "as on" okay?

Hi!
I have a question about my sentence:

As on the day of drafting of the statement of claim, the amount of lawful interest is EUR 7665.

Is underlined "as on" okay? It should mean that on the day when the statement of claim was drafted the lawful interest was the amount above mentioned.

Thanks!

I believe you mean "As of the day of ...". It's a somewhat legalistic way of saying "On the day of ..."
