Is "anyways" a correct grammar?

I've seen a lot of people use it in their writing. Most of them are a native speaker. Is it a proper way to say "anyways" than "anyway"?

"Anyways" is not standard English. You will hear it in certain dialects, but you should not use it yourself except facetiously.
