It should be" is" any of them online.any always plus the single form.

Both are correct. If only one is assumed, you can add one: Is any [one] of these boys old enough?
Plural: Are any of these boys old enough?

You can use any to refer to inanimate things as well: Is/Are any of these books good enough?
