Is "any occurring" ok here?

Hi guys, could you help me with this?"The feedback provided is centralized and carefully analyzed, then any occurring correction and improvement is operated."Is it ok to use "any occuring" here (meaning: any correction that might occur)?And is it better to use it with the singular rather than with the plural ("any occuring correction", not "corrections")?Thanks a lot!

Your description implies that the correction/improvement is initiated after the "analysis." That is, prior to the analysis, the system is unaware that the correction exists.

Is this your intention?

I have a suspicion that somehow the correction is first "presented" to the system, then the analysis occurs, and finally, the correction is implemented. Am I right or wrong??

Is the correction/improvement held in some kind of buffer while the analysis takes place?

I'd say "correction or improvement."

"improvement is operated" - This sounds like the wrong verb. I'd use "implemented."

I'd use a full stop after "analyzed." Otherwise, the sentence is ambiguous.

The situation actually is: we have a student programme, we receive the feedback from our students and then - yes, only after that! - we operate the changes according to their suggestions.

But what I also want to imply is that it's not obligatory that there should be any correction at all to be made; that, maybe, there are no corrections suggested, but, in case there are, we shall gladly make them...

Is it ok now? In French, for instance, one would say: "les eventuels corrections" - but in English "eventual(ly)" means "final(ly)"...

Regarding the other part - "any occurring correction and improvement is operated" - do you think "any occurring correction and improvement is made" is better? Because simpler it is

When feedback is provided, it is centralized and carefully analyzed. Then , any appropriate correction or improvement is made / implemented.

I guess you mean occurring as a result of the "careful analysis."

Yes, you could optionally use plurals: "corrections or improvements are."
