Is an apostrophe needed in this case?

Hello,

I've heard the phrase "your car maintenance schedule" said both ways:

"your car maintenance schedule" and "your car's maintenance schedule".

When it comes to this phrase: "Your body maintenance schedule", would it be better to say it with or without apostrophe?

Thank you!
