Is "among" the right preposition in this context?

Hi,

Is "among" the right preposition in the below sentence? (to mean workers are annoyed by noise)

"The main purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of education on noise annoyance among workers."

Can I replace it by "of"?

Thanks!

There is no such thing as a below sentence. It is the sentence below. I don't make the rules.
