Is "accordingly" correctly used in this sentence?

Hi,

By accordingly, I mean according to the questionnaire. I wonder if the word is correctly used.

"The level of noise annoyance was assessed by X questionnaire, and subjects were divided into three groups with high, moderate, and low annoyance, accordingly."

Thanks!

Broadly speaking, accordingly means in the way just explained. I don't see any explanation that 'accordingly' clearly refers to. Just having a questionnaire doesn't mean they have to be in 3 groups.
