Is "a" the right article for "a HF Interface Converter" or does it need "an"?

Hello! I need some help of a native speaker.. The title of my master's thesis is "Design and Implementation of a HF Interface Converter" but I'm not sure whether "a" is the right article or if "HF Interface Converter" needs "an"!

It does need an "an" because we say "aitch - eff," which starts with a vowel sound. "

If you spelled out "High Frequency" then you would use "a" instead of "an."
