Thank you.

Hi, You need to use the word "in". The common mistake I have encounter is the use of "it" at the end of such sentences. The park is a good place to walk in it .

Hi Hamid,
Thank you for the answer. Please let me ask one more. There's this sentence in my ESL textbook written by Oxford University Press;
Santa Fe isn't very big --- there are about 65,000 people here --- but it's a pleasant place to live.

Do you think we should say "it's a pleasant place to live in"?
(This isn't the first time Ive found mistakes in this textbook.)

You don't have to include "in." Actually, it sounds better to me without the preposition. You often hear things like: a place to live/stay/go/be.

Thank you very much, ozzourti. So probably some people think you need "in" and some don't.
