Is a comma required (or optional) in this sentence?

Hi all, I'm trying to hone my understanding of when (not) to use commas. Could you please tell me whether a comma is required, is optional, or is prohibited prior to "and" in the following sentence, and by which rule you determined this?:

I'm worried that I have slipped up and that I am becoming trapped.

Thank you kindly.

tile desk 10 that I have slipped up that I am becoming trapped. Both of those dependent clauses are complements of 'am worried'; therefore, a comma is incorrect.

  • tile desk 10 that I have slipped up that I am becoming trapped.
