I'd probably put the comma in but as it's an unusual situation I'm not sure if the comma rule is provably required: 'rules' are simply descriptions of the common practice of the people, and I'm not sure of the current common practice for ending in these '-'s : basically, does the - include any punctuation mark that might have followed? you might argue it does; you might argue it doesn't.

I would use a dash ( - ) rather than the three dots (...)
