Is a comma necessary in this sentence?

"Your pitch for the case study should explicitly state the effort required and also the arrangements you make to address their concerns."

Is the sentence correct? Does it need changes in punctuation and grammar? I am wondering if it may need a comma after the words "the effort required".

You do not need a comma. c: There would probably be a brief pause there if you said this aloud, but the punctuation is more clear with a short example. "
