Hi

It depends on the context. If she wept tears in a way that was irritating to the narrator, I think I'd slightly favour the second of these:

- She irritatingly cried.

- She cried, irritatingly.

If there's speech involved, 'irritatingly' is OK before the verb:

- She irritatingly cried, 'What are we doing here?'

What about these?
She irritatedly cried.
She irritably cried.
Are they similar?

Hi

In the earlier sentence, it was the narrator who was irritated and that worked. In the two new words you've given, I'd say that will only work if we are talking about an infant who is irritated - the second one is definitely OK in that context

- I just wanted to get her home, change her clothing and feed her. Throughout the journey she irritably cried

I don't think
