Hi! everyone, could you tell me,is this right way to use "irresistible"? I have always seen a noun after the word "irresistible" such as-:Whenever I see chocolate cake I got an irresistible urge(noun) to eat". Or T-Shirts that are irresistible to men(noun).. but in this sentence (I read it on web)-: We make food which is fun to make and irresistible to eat.(verb). Is "to eat"="to hunger" here? Please help me understand this words usage? Thanks!

You can put a verb as a modifier after many adjectives, not just this one. It is irresistable to eat. It is pleasant to touch.

Thanks! Sir for answering. Sir I saw in the synonyms of irresistible that "invincible" is also included in them,so can I use invincible like that- "This dish is invincible to eat"
