Irrelevant Sentence

Hi, I'm trying the omit the sentence which does not belong to the passage. So here is the passage


(A) After Vladimir Lenin died, Joseph Stalin took over the Russian government, becoming one of the world's most brutal dictators. (B) With the help of his secret police, thousands of those who opposed to Stalin's policies wer either sent to prison or executed. (C) During World War II, Stalin concentrated on foreign enemies. (D) Farmers had to give up their land and factories were put under government control. (E) However, after the war, he ruled his people with an iron fist.
