Irrelevant Sentence

1- (A) A little bit of the sun exposure is actually very good for your health, but too much of it will cause skin damage. (B) Sunlight increases the brain's release of a hormone called serotonin. (C) This is assocaited with boosting mood and helping a person feel calm and focused. (D) Without enough sunlight exposure, a person’s serotonin levels can dip low, which can result in a form of depression. (E) A mood boost isn't the only reason to get increased amounts of sunlight, as catching a moderate amount of sunlight has several other health benefits.

I think E is irrelevant but I'm not sure.

2- (A) The comfort zone is a psychological state in which things are familiar to you. (B) You feel comfortable, secure and confident in your comfort zone. (C) And, once you've stepped out of your comfort zone, your life can be more exciting. (D) Everyday activities or things you’re used to doing, like cooking dinner or watching TV, or commuting to work won't make you feel anxious or uneas. (E) So they’re part of your comfort zone.

I think C is irrelevant.
