Irregular verbs form

Hello
I try to get list of every irregular verbs which exist so I found on the web few list and put it together but I found some differences dealing with the same verbs. I write below these verbs.
Infinitive Past tense Past participate
bear bore borne/born
beat beat beaten/beat
bid bid/bade bid/bidden
burn burnt/burned burnt/burned
dream, dreamt/dreamed, dreamt/dreamed
forego/forgo forwent forgone
get got got/gotten
learn learnt/learned learnt/learned
light lighted/lit lighted
sew sewed sewed /sewn
shoe shoed shoed/shod
spill spilled/spilt spilled/spilt
spit spit/spat spit
swell swelled swelled/swollen
thrive thrived/throve thrived
weave weaved/wove weaved/woven
/ means that I found two forms. Can you tell me whcih one is correct ? I used list from

Ok. Thanks for help but is it a big mistake if I use one instead another which is more preferred ? The second question is who decide which verbs are irregular and which are not because I saw few irregular verbs lists and there were some verbs on the first which weren't on the second and vice versa. Does it depend if it is american or british english or there is some other reason. I thought that
