irony or sarcasm

The girl really needs to pee

Is this sarcasm or irony. Are these sentences natural?

Dad, you said we would be home in 5 minutes. It's not like I need to pee badly. /I don't need to pee at all. Had you told me it would take 30 minutes to get home from the restaurant, I would have gone to the restroom there.
