Iron ploblems
Dear teachers, here is my letter with the content about requesting a new iron because there are some problems with the one I have just bought. Please correct the mistakes for me. Thanks in advance.
Dear sir or madam,
I am a customer who has just bought an iron at your local shop yesterday. When I checked up the sample, the quality of the iron was quite good. But after I brough a new one to my house, it did not work normally. Firstly, after a few minutes plugging in, I recognised that it did not heat properly so I could not iron my clothes out. Secondly, there are maybe some leaks in the liquid container so I could not put the water in.
As a result of these errors, I would like to change another iron. But if this circumstance happen once agian, perhaps I will get a refund.
I look forward to hearing back from you soon and want you to tell me a day to solve these problems as soon as possible.
