Using the words "tea father" does not express what you mean.

It is even more unhelpful because, those words are famous for being used in a popular television comedy called Father Ted

"the father of ..." is a correct phrase. "the father of Iran's tea" sounds slightly peculiar to me though. Perhaps "the father of Iran's tea industry"?
