Hi all,

I would like to write a letter to my customers to meet us in our stall for forthcoming exhibition.

Quote:

We wish to invite you to meet us in ___ and it would be an opportunity for us to discuss the existing business and also, the future prospects. kindly let me know your availability in order to schedule the meeting at your convenient time .

Unquote:

Iam not convinced the above letter which would be definitely look better if we make some corrections or totally reframe the sentences.
