Invitation letter to a customer

Hallo,

my boss has asked me to write a letter to our customers and prospects. I have to invite them to visit our stand at a well-known trade show in Europe where we will show a brand new, revolutionary machine. The invitation, indeed, must be short and include just some basic information.

Would you please check my draft?

" Dear Sir/Madam,

I am very pleased of inviting you to visit us at X Exhibition to show you Y a new self - erecting crane transport system.

I will be at stand .... Demo Area........

I look forward to meeting you in person.

Yours sincerely

XX

Managing Director"

Thank you very much to everybody!

Thank you very much.

But pleased of + ing form is simply incorrect or does it change the meaning of the sentence?

Bye and thank you again
