Invitation letter

Hi,

I want to write an invitation letter to the applicant who is working with our business partner in india as Business Manager in Sales and Marketing Department.

He has been selected to come with us for a trip with others as we would be launching new products. We would want to see him and we would want him to also know the people working with us for his future prospects in the company. This is also going to be a vacation trip for him as he is been selected for the Target achieved by his team in India for the last quarter.

Also we would be sponsoring his entire trip.i.e.Hotel Bookings,Air Ticket ,Food etc.But the visa requirement he has to do on his own.May this Letter would be a proof to show to his embassy in india.

Please frame a letter for me keeping in mind the above points.

Waiting for your favourable reply.

Thank You
