Letter Writing

Invitation

HI,

I have to help my children to write a birthday invitation.

Is it correct ?:

1)Please come to my birthday party.
2) I would like you to come to my birthday party.

It/ This/ That is on 12 April. It starts at 5 pm and ends at 8 pm. ( I´m not sure about using it / this/that).

I hope to see you at my party / on my birthday.

Thank you for your answer,

Ann
