Grammar

Inversion without a negative.

Hello there,
Let me give you an example of a sentence:
'Whatever A deals with can B deal with as well.'
A and B are subjects of this sentence, not relevant.
My question is whether this kind of grammar structure is correct. I've been told that inversion sentences usually take a form of a negative.
Please assess and comment.
