Only #1 is correct.

However, you can say You can love others only when you have received enough affection.

Because it sounds wrong to the ears of native speakers. I'm sure there's a grammatical explanation somewhere (and I admit I haven't a clue what it would be), but when learning languages, don't forget that whatever sounds wrong to native speakers is wrong by definition

Inversion is necessary in such constructions if 'only' is the first word in the sentence.
