Inversion

Dear friends . I know that there are many adverbials after which the inversion is obligatory when they are placed at the beginning of the sentence. ( never, seldom , only then , only once ....) but I came across the examples when other words are used instead of negative adverbials . Like " now will you be happy !" could you please provide other words apart from negative adverbials after which the inversion is possible . Thanks a lot.
