Inversion

In the next sentence at the end I put the verb first and than the subject. Is that correct?

I seem more willing to manipulate (sth) than is she.

It is not uncommon to invert subject and verb after 'than'. It's correct but more formal. In ordinary conversation you would not invert like that.
