Inversed sentence

In grammar books, I've learned that inverted sentences can be used with adverbs of frequency but only in a negative tone:

Never did a cherry pie taste so good.
Rarely did the boss say anything to Andy.

But however, I wonder if we can use it in positive sentences too.
Always does he gets up late.
Usually is she early to work.
