intuitivity

Hi everyone!
When talking about software quality, they often mention so-called "intuitivity", which is meant to express something like "easy to learn and to become accustomed to" or "can be used like a typical user would expect" and short for "intuitive user interface".

Now, I can't find the word in any online dictionary, but I like to use it in one of my articles.

Is "intuitivity" a modern word that is understood by the majority of scientific/technical readers?
Is there an alternative? Is the spelling different?

Cheers,
Kajjo

Such words may not be in the general dictionaries if their fields are very specialized. Ms Google calls forth some 13,000 pages for intuitivity , including some reputable websites on computers, philosophy, and mathematics. I'd say, go ahead and use it.
