Intuitively/Instinctively

Hi. I'm not sure which of intuitively/instinctively it should be in the sentence below. Can you help me?

Last week I had a strange experience. I woke up almost intuitively/instinctively in the middle of the night when my iPhone, which was on silent mode for some reason, was ringing soundlessly.
