In a book about astral projection the author writes about using some ointments and enumertaes different ingridients. Later she says:
Don't worry about using all of the ingredients in this or any other recipe. Intuitively learning about, leaving out, adding to, or substituting ingredients in ointment recipies is a skill that will serve you well on your astral journeys.
--- I understand in the 1st sentence she says that readers shouldn't worry about whether to use all of the ingredients she enumerates. However I'm not sure about the second part of the sentences, is she saying that the readers should use their intuition when deciding which ingredients to leave out which to substitute etc.?
