Introduction letter

i am in the process of 'reaching out' to potential customers for my business. i have drafted the following introduction letter to forward on via post or email to potentials, i have tried this before to no avail and ask for advice on its professionalism and way of improvement. we are mobile vehicle technicians trying to 'reach out' to lease companies, we feel that is currently monopolised by main dealers and the gap for indipendants needs addressing. within this i am trying to promote our investments and quality with as much subtlety as possible.
