Introduction

Part one: writing an introduction

Is "introduction" an abstract noun?

How do we confirm whether it is an abstract or not?

I am confused because introduction does escape our senses. Sorry for asking the question again but would really appreciate the help to clear my doubt.

Thanks in advance.
