Introducing yourself over phone

If I'm calling someone on/over the phone and I want to introduce myself because they don't know who I am, how is a good way to do that?

Can I say: Hi, you're talking to (my name).?

Is that common?

Or is 'talking to' a bit rude?

Would appreciate some help.
