Introducing myself for job in my company

I am planning to apply for a management trainee job in my company(ABC Insurance).

Following the start of my introduction. Will you please review and correct?

I have 23 years of IT experience including 8 years as a Project Manager and 1 year as an Account Manager. I had managed projects for multinational clients such as Citibank, UBS, AMP Insurance, and ROCHE Pharmaceuticals at locations such as Tokyo, Sydney and New Delhi. The size of the projects varied from 1,000 hours to 10,000 hours with teams of up to 13 people. As an Account Manager, I managed 7 professionals at AMP Insurance, Sydney, Australia.

Since 2002, I have been working at ABC Insurance as consultant for five years. During that time, as a Project Management Consultant and a Technical Lead, I collaborated with offshore team for delivery of ABC’s projects.

I joined ABC Insurance in 2007 as Application Programmer Lead. I was a technical lead for a service management team for 5 years. One of my greatest achievement as a technical lead was spearheading the successful implementation of Continual Service Improvement initiative for a service management team in my department.

Since 2012, I have been working in the role of a project manager. I successfully managed and delivered a 4000 hour project from Initiation to Closing. I managed the planning of a 5000 hour project in second quarter of 2013. Because of the introduction of project tiring, I handed over the project to an EPMO Project Manager. Since then, I have managed and delivered 10 small infrastructure projects.
