I'm stumped,what is "intradeveloping country"? "intra-" means inside ,or into ,right? but here ,it doesn't make sense to me.

I take it to mean this.
intradeveloping countries - between developing countries
intradeveloped countries - between developed countries
'Intra' here means 'within', ie 'within such a group of countries'.
