Into vs. within

Hello, ..

I was reading online about electric shavers and came across the following:

"Most rotary heads can pivot 360 and also flex inwards within the middle of all 3 rotating blades to get closer shaves, especially around the nose, chin, and jawline areas."

In the above description, can we say into instead of within (.. flex inwards into..)?
