For a cover letter:

My ability to multi-task assists the (company name) in their success by not only selling merchandise and game tickets but also routinely updating game information into/in the ordering system.

Hi, You enter data into a computer, but you update data that is in the computer. In addition, it's not your ability that sells and updates, it is you that does these things. I'd say it this way: My ability to multi-task assists the (company name) in their success by enabling me simultaneously not only to sell merchandise and game tickets but also to routinely update game information in the ordering system.
