Into the groove with...!

A few minutes later I was a litter more into the groove with tom again...

What's the meaning of the blue part?

Maybe I should tell you that this sentence came from an article, in which the narrator, Wendy, told the story of how she was converted from a straight woman to a lesbian. She visited a friend in Canada and was talking on the phone in a private room with her husband, Tom, who was then working in another country, when the door opened, a sexy woman came straight in. The goddess went up to her and whispered some seductive words, which made Wendy completely surprised and had to let Tom talk away. Then that woman left and Wendy continued with the above-mentioned sentence. Thank you!

Hi, A few minutes later I was a litter more into the groove with Tom again... I was back into the routine of talking to him in an easy way, like I often do. 'A groove' refers to a well worn, well used path.

Groove has many meanings, including different slang meanings. In this context however, one slang definition of groove would fit perfectly:

Slang. A settled routine: got into the groove of a nine-to-five job.
