I wrote a sentence: "Many ethnic groups have migrated into Vietnamese territory"
However, when I check, territory is not often used with "Into" but it is frequently mentioned along "in". However, is this usage still correct and does it still sound natural?
Won Hae Yang Many ethnic groups have migrated into Vietnamese territory. That's fine. It sounds OK to me.

To my ear "in" would suggest migration within the territory of Vietnam, i.e., from one part of Vietnam to another.
