Into or on calming down

1. Knowing that she was too upset to be rational, she FOCUSED all of her energy INTO calming down. 2. Knowing that she was too upset to be rational, she FOCUSED all of her energy ON calming down. 3. Knowing that she was too upset to be rational, she POURED all of her energy INTO calming down. Because of the prepositions, I think sentences 2 & 3 are correct. Could you help me clarify it? Thanks.
