Is this sentence natural?
I wasn't into the show enough to bother watching a spin off of it.

Yes. I do not think I've ever heard someone NOT use a pronoun in that sentence. I'm assuming you are using "the show" because we cannot understand your context enough.

'Spin-off' as a noun is generally hyphenated; some write it as one word. I would use 'from' rather than 'off'.
