Interview rescheduling help?

This is the email I was sent:

Thank you for your resume. Would you be available to come for an interview on Wednesday?

This is my reply so far:

Thank you very much for your reply. I cannot come on Wednesday but I am free on any other day. Please let me know. I am looking forward to our interview.

Is it desperate? Any help is appreciated. I posted this as Anonymous but it is waiting moderation so I have created an account instead. So I am sorry in advance for my double posting. Thank you.
