interview questions (can someone please help) ?

To all my teachers and friends,

Could someone please help me to answer two of the interview questions below?
Don't get me wrong... I'm not asking you to do my homework but I am really not sure how am I going to reply to the employer in an appropriate way if asked. Please help me as I'm a fresh graduate & also poor in my english.

1) How would you handle the situation if a client called and asked you a question that you did not have an immediate answer to?

2) Tell me a time when you went above and beyond what was required of your position.

Thanks alot to this forum,
cheers,
Vincent.

My personal responses (which may not be what the employer wants to hear): 1-- I would tell the client I would call him back as soon as I found the answer to his question . 2-- There were many times when I was a stage manager that I worked all night with the stage crew in erecting the set and lighting, and then worked all day with the actors in rehearsal. Obviously, that was not all part of my assigned work, but the successful mounting of the show needed my doing that.

  • These questions of course require your own personal answers, and no one can answer them for you.
