Hello teachers! I've written an answer to an interview question: What are three factors that should be considered when choosing a job? Please correct any ungrammatical part so that I could fix them.
When choosing a job, one’s characteristic, interests and values are the most essential factors that should be taken into consideration. We may classify characteristics under two large groups, extrovert and introvert. Each has distinct features so understanding one’s own characteristic is the most important. Second, one needs to think about their interest when they consider job selection. If people have a job in the field where their interests lie, they have impetus to overcome the difficulties through rough times. Lastly, one’s values deserve careful consideration. According to whether they put importance on success or service in life, they have different range of job lists to choose from. Choosing a career is a big decision in one’s life. We should be very attentive choosing a job considering characteristic, interests and values.
