Intership letter
Hi everyone,
I am writting this letter of motivation to apply for an intership in newspapers or magazine. Honestly, I am not sure at all, if it´s good or not. Exept that, english isn´t my native language.
Could you tell me your opinion? Thanks a lot
Dear Mister / Misses…
I study journalism in Masaryk’s University in Brno. I am studying 3rd year and next year I am going to graduate Bachelor’s degree. One of the conditions for passing the graduation is internship related to my studies. I’d like to get this internship experience at your company. Requirements set by my university contains spending at least 2 months in this internship and release 1 artical per week minimally.
In my articles I mainly focus on finance possibilities, travelling tips with references and reviews of cultural events. I have already written about various artistical groups, theatre and economical affairs related to students and their finance possibilities. This internship would be my first possibility to publish in foreign language. In attachment of this letter you can find one of my previous article translated to english language, which demonstrates my journalistic skills.
My current experencies contains publishing for university online magazine and writing for internet magasine focusing on young people carrer development and topics connected to this area.
I believe my internship at your company will be useful for both, you and me. Thank you very much for your time and considering my request, I am looking forward to hearing from you.
