Interruption Question Mark

If a character is about to ask a question and then gets cut off, is it mandatory that there be a question mark after the ellipses? For example:

"Just who do you...?"

"How can I ever..."

So even though it's a punctuation issue, it's more of a stylistic matter than a grammatical one, that is, it can be either/or.

Snarfit can be either/or.
Could be. I would do without the question mark, but, hey, that's just me. Maybe someone else will join the thread with a differing opinion.
